In order to be eligible for a refund you have to return the item within thirty (30) days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

 

After we receive your return, our team of professionals will inspect the item and then proceed with processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please be advice that credit card payments will take up to five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

 

Please note that store Credit is also an option.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after thirty (30) calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
